Clients remain fully clothed, and treatments are virtually all hands off.  Each healing is tailored to the individual and every session will be different as deeper layers are revealed.  I think of each session as haute couture for the aura.  Throughout though, clients will be held safely, bathed in beautiful energy - a soft massage to the mind, body and soul.

 Everyone responds to energy healing differently depending upon their sensitivity.  Many will drift into a lovely deep sleep while others may sense the flow of energy through different chakras or parts of the body.  Others still may experience emotional release or even subtle euphoria.  Most will agree a session leaves them feeling lighter and more relaxed.  The full benefits reveal themselves over time. 

Distance healing is also available and works just as effectively.  Energy healing works through the attunement of vibration.  Whilst our physical body is matter, vibrational energy is not bound by time or space so I can connect with you even from the other side of the world.
